Give Me Some Light and Someone Lovely

Give me some light and someone lovely.

I have no interest in making someone look attractive. Hot. Beautiful. Not even good.
I could give less of a shit.

We all have these masks. We all straighten when we discover the mirror.
Only children and the blind are unconcerned in what others see.

I have to burn rolls film sometimes, waiting for the moment.

And then after half an hour of poses, here you are suddenly in the room with me, muscles go slack, posture rounds.
Your eyes have filled with meaning and thoughts, emotion and regret, old jokes and plans for tomorrow.

And there you are.
